Stater Bros is the anchor with Auto Zone, big Lots... and Annie's Cafe is arguably the best breakfast house in town with people always waiting.

Ate at Annie's Cafe for a Sunday breakfast and enjoyed our meal. The servers were friendly. Outdoor seating available. Restrooms for customers. Nice little restaurant for comfort food!

I love coming into this town center. Well, I used to but since I got attacked by the security guard in January and now, the new security guard seems to harass me a lot when I do business and most At most of those shops it really disappoints me. Extremely unprofessional, the security department is. I don't harm nobody. I don't hurt. Nobody don't bother anybody. I don't beg for money. I don't panhandle, but that's OK, but I still like coming there when I Can

Actually stopped in at Medical Supply Superstore here, which is next to the massage place next to Spirit Halloween that used to be Big Lots. Mo at Medical Supply Superstore was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, and I picked up the 2 Batteries my landlord needed for her scooter within a few minutes (battery photo included here), right after her sent a lady home with a 2ft ramp used for getting wheelchairs up front entrance residential steps with the condition that if it fits her need, to come back the following day and pay for it, if not just give it back! A rare business practice these days! All around, my visit to this Town Center place was excellent!

My sister brought me here for brunch. This was my first time dinning at Annie's. Good portions, place was clean, customer service was great. Coffee was nice and hot and they even do a little song and dance for their customers. I had Annie's coffee cake really really good a must try. Get there early for breakfast because there's a line but worth it.

This spot has been here for years and it’s still well maintained. There is a Sater Bros, planet fitness, Big Lots and several places to eat, like BBQ, Bakery and a Cafe. Oh! and the parking is plentiful and free and the have disabled parking. Across the street there is a bowling ally, Cardenas, Del Taco, Movie Theatre and a Bank. If you are doing weekly shopping or just want to explore, it’s a great place for that. It’s located in the same vicinity as the Diamond Stadium, it’s a local minor league baseball team. On certain game nights they have fire works that can be seen from the lake. The Lake itself has trials to ride a bike. Shore fishing local catch is catfish, this also another attraction. There are docking locations to launch boats and there is a State Park for camping. Just take a walk or drive down Mission Trial st and there’s sure to be something for everyone.
